Steve McDonnell has been leading students and adults on trips all over the country for more than seventeen years. Through his experience as a History teacher, he has taken groups to Boston, Washington D.C., New York City, Philadelphia, and has even led a "Baseball-Lovers" tour which traveled to NYC to see the Mets & Yankee's play and then to Boston to watch the Red Sox and finally to Cooperstown to tour the Baseball Hall of Fame.

With his vast knowledge of American History, Steve serves as the tour guide for the Washington D.C. trip. While on the New York City trip, he serves as part-time tour guide with the assistance of a well-respected tour guide who is borned and raised in New York.

Steve currently resides in Ashland and is a Principal at one of the local elementary schools.

Tim Black has been with Ashland Travel Club for six years now. He has assisted Steve on both his New York City and Washington D.C. trips. Tim handles all aspects of registration for the student trips and assists with any fundraising help individuals might need.

When Tim attends the trip, he also serves in the capacity of Tour Photographer. From a group photograph to candid's throughout the trip, students and parents alike have found these photographs to be wonderful keepsakes of their experience.

Tim currently resides in Ashland and is owner of Black and White Services, while being enrolled at Ashland University in their Bachelor's Plus program to receive his teaching degree in 7th-12th Grade Social Studies. He also coaches for the Ashland City Schools in Track & Field and Cross Country.
