Steve has been leading students to Washington D.C. and New York City since his days as a middle school social studies teacher at Ashland Middle School. Now, he serves as the principal at Taft Elementary in Ashland, OH. For nearly 30 years, he has taken hundreds of students to D.C. & N.Y.C. and made history come alive! Steve serves as the tour director of all trips.

Steve also leads several adult trips to New York City each year both in the summer and at Christmas.

Steve is married with 4 children and 2 grandchildren. During his free-time, he enjoys golfing and Billy Joel concerts!

Tim has been working with Steve for 18 years! Starting out as a chaperone, he is responsible for the student trip registrations and parent communication. Currently a teacher at Northwestern High School, he is a high school social studies teacher and former track & cross country coach.

Tim also provides all photography on our Ashland student trips and operates his own photography business on the side, Tim Black Photography.

Tim is married to Carly and together they have two children. During his free-time, Tim enjoys running, movies, playing with his kids, and photography!
